A New Beginning

God wants to bless us, he wants to give us the desires of our hearts. He wants us to be happy, at peace, to prosper.     In Psalm 37:4 it states; “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” In Jeremiah 29:11 it states; “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” God wants us to live a great life and he wants to pour out his blessings over us!  But could you be blocking the blessings that God has in store for you?    One of the two ways you could be blocking your blessings is by not putting God first in your life and lack of faith.  Put God first in all you do!  Put God first in every aspect of your life. God wants us to come to him. Not just when we’re going through hard times, even in the good times, involve God. Prayer strengthens your relationship with God. The Bible teaches us to pray continually, as this is his will for us.  1  Thessalonians 5:16-18: “ Rejoice always,   pray continually,   give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” However, prayer is not just about praying continually you have to believe that whatever you are praying for will come to you.
